You do a very good job at makeing all of your food accessible to the masses and looking good all the while. I like your style your writing is light quippy and to the point and you don’t take yourself to seriously. I miss having you around ok so when does this cajun recipe need to be in I was thinking og the quintessential family gumbo supreme as my dad would call it. Do you want a couple of ideas like blacked redfish with smoked red onion remoulade? Saute’ okra with sweet onion, garlic and roasted(spicy)red pepper
